Article V Section 1. Authority and Enforcement of the Quail Pointe Bylaws state “ The Board of Directors shall have the authority to make, modify, repeal and enforce reasonable rules and regulations governing the conduct, use, and enjoyment of Lots and the Common Area”.
📌 PETS: Per Cobb County code, all dogs must be on a leash. Reports are regularly received about loose dogs in the community without an owner or on a leash. If pets are walked in the other common areas, please make sure to clean up after them. A $75.00 fine will be assessed to all homeowners seen not picking up after their pets.
📌 COMMON AREA: Please review and follow directions of all signage in the common area. Ensure your household members and guests using the common area are complying with all posted rules.
📌 COMMON AREA PARKING - 8:30pm: Common area parking is only allowed until 8:30pm. As a reminder, homeowners/guests parked after 8:30 pm without HOA approval will be towed and impounded at the owner’s expense.
📌 STREET PARKING: We advocate for safety here in Quail Pointe. Many homeowners/tenants are using the street as their permanent parking. Please be considerate of your neighbors and be aware of the potential safety concerns that parking on the street creates. Homeowners will be mailed a courtesy letter. Homeowners unwilling to comply will be reported to Cobb County Code Enforcement.
📌ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW PROCESS: Planning home improvements? Understand our architectural review process to ensure your projects align with community standards. 📌 POOL HOURS: Open daily from 8:30am - 8:30pm. The Pool area is typically open from June through Labor Day weekend each year. All homeowners, current on all HOA fees, are issued a card key to access the pool area.
📌 TENNIS COURTS: Courts are accessed through the pool area. There is an additional key to unlock the gates to the Tennis Courts.
📌 BOARD MEETINGS & MINUTES: Stay in the loop with updates from our board meetings. Access meeting schedules, agendas, and minutes to stay informed about important decisions and community initiatives.
📌 VANDALISM/MAINTENANCE: To preserve our investment, all homeowners, children, and tenants must care for the common area. With this matter, the HOA Board needs your help. Please report any vandalism and/or suspicious activities. When the board has to make unnecessary repairs because of damage due to misuse or abuse, the board has to redirect funds from other much-needed projects in the subdivision.
