Pool & Tennis Court Information

There are 2 new rules that have been added to the Quail Pointe amenities.

1. No one under the age of 18 will be allowed to use the amenities without a legal guardian or parent CONTINUOUSLY present.

2. No thong bikini bathing suits allowed. This is a family/community pool.

Background on Additional New Rules

Last year the board received complaints about thong bikini, improper displays happening in front of children with families using the pool. In addition, 4 of 5 break-ins that took place at the pool last year were committed by teenagers under the age of 18.

Hopefully next year the budget will allow for a pool monitor. This would allow children under the age of 18 and 14 or older back in without adult supervision.

But until then, be prepared to show ID if you look younger than 18.

Common area, tennis courts and playground are open year-round from 8:30am-8:30pm. 

**Bathrooms are not open year-round at the common area.**

Tennis court lights are activated by an on/off switch located on the pole near the bathrooms.

In observance of our community rules, please exit the common area by 8:25 pm as gates are set to automatically lock promptly at 8:30 pm.
