New Resident Checklist: All Moved In, What's Next ?

1. Welcome to the Neighborhood (See above downloadable PDF with links to local resources)

2. Download a copy of the Quail Pointe Home Owners Association (HOA) Covenant & By-Laws from our Homeowners Info & Forms page.

3. Register for an account with our property management service, Community Association Management (CAM) by emailing Kriste Hersey at khershey@camga.com.  This is where you can submit payment for your annual HOA fees.

4. Email the HOA Board to get on the email distribution list and connected with the HOA Facebook page for events and community updates.

5. Check out our upcoming events hosted in the neighborhood. All events are managed by our HOA board members and community volunteers. Most of our events are free or near free to attend!

6. Learn more about your local community. Kennesaw & Acworth have a lot to offer from parks, special activities, restaurants and more. Preview the list of local services and locations on our Local Community info page.
